If your child is going to be either absent or late, please phone the school at 250-632-2912, before 8:30 am, the day of the absence or late arrival. The school office is open to the public from 8:45 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
To help us respond efficiently during the school day, please leave a voicemail rather than calling repeatedly if your call is not answered. Staff may be assisting students or supervising at the time. Voicemail messages are checked frequently, and urgent matters will be returned as soon as possible. In most cases, no callback is required, and your message will be actioned as requested. Please include your child’s name and the reason for your call.
